Using this website
- Prices shown as "from" are a guide. The final price depends on the diamond, metal and size you choose, and we'll confirm it before anything is made or sold.
- Photos show the design. Handmade and pre-owned pieces can vary slightly, and colours depend on your screen.
- We keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but stock changes: please check with us that a piece is available before you travel.
- Sending us a form is an enquiry, not an order. Nothing is agreed until we've confirmed it with you.
Buying from us
You buy from us in person in our shop, or by agreeing an order with us directly. When you order, we'll confirm the piece, its specification, the price and, for made-to-order and bespoke pieces, any deposit and the expected timing. We'll explain what happens if you change your mind before you pay a deposit.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are made to your specification, so please check the details we confirm with you carefully.
Your legal rights
Everything we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Advice about your rights is available from Citizens Advice.
Pre-owned watches and our warranty
Every pre-owned watch we sell is authenticated and comes with its box and papers. It also comes with our 12-month warranty: as long as the watch is used as intended, it will work as it should for the warranty period. We service watches in our own workshop.
The warranty doesn't cover faults caused by:
- fair wear and tear;
- accident, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or use;
- not using the watch in line with its instructions;
- alteration or repair by anyone other than us.
The warranty is in addition to your legal rights for goods that are faulty or not as described. We are an independent jeweller and not an authorised dealer for the watch brands we sell.
Repairs, servicing and valuations
We'll give you a quote before any work starts, and won't go ahead without your agreement.
Our responsibility to you
If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights in relation to the goods we sell.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
